Class Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline how class bookings, payments and attendance are managed.
1. Block Booking
All classes (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) are offered as block bookings and must be booked and paid for in advance as a full term.
All class dates are published on the website.
2. Missed Classes
Each client is entitled to one week’s holiday allowance per term.
After this allowance has been used, missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward into future terms.
Where a session is missed, you may (subject to availability):
Attend an alternative class within the timetable
Access an on-demand workout/video from the library
Receive a recorded class to complete at home
3. No Carry-Over Policy
Sessions cannot be transferred, rolled over or carried into subsequent terms under any circumstances.
4. Multiple Weekly Classes
Clients attending two or more classes per week will receive one additional flexible week per term.
5. Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in full prior to the start of the term to secure your place.
Payments may be made online or in cash, and must be received at least 24 hours before the first class attended.
6. Class Capacity
All classes operate with a minimum of 10 participants in order to run. If this minimum is not met, the class may be postponed or cancelled.
